4H Update....Lindsay Canning Project

Lindsay and I canning the tomatoes we grew in the garden....and there are also pictures of me and the girls picking strawberries that we then turned into strawberry jam later that day. (It turned out really really good...the kids won't let me buy it at the store anymore)

Hi

I found your site while searching for 4-H blogs. Can't wait to read it all. I love the first picture and am interested in the recipe for the crockpot apple crisp. Is that what it is?

I'm a mom in Ohio of 2 girls in 4-H. 14 and 10. They both show feeder calves. This is our 7th year. I am also an advisor in the club. Been promoted to head advisor this year, have been the Cloverbud advisor for the last 3 years.

Nice to meet you.

I meant to post before that that big pot of strawberry jam looks good. My girls love homemade strawberry jam and I made a bunch this past summer and they love it.

I just cold packed a bunch of pork loin a couple weeks ago and they couldn't believe how good it was. I haven't made it for a long time.

Apple Butter sounds great. I haven't had that since I was a kid. I love crockpots. Just throw it in there and forget about it till it's done..

Thank You for the recipe.
